The Dr. David Kohl Webcast we produced on March 20th had some great questions from attendees. Of course, with 600 attendees, 60 minutes isn't quite long enough to answer everyone's question. However, Dr. Kohl was kind enough to address some of the questions he could not get to in the live event. This month, Dr. Kohl answers a question from a Minnesota lender.

The dashboard is a new feature in version 6.0 and it provides you easy access to all the information/steps involved in decisioning a credit request. It displays a set of tabs that can be defined by you. The areas that can be displayed are not necessarily areas requiring action – some are information that is important to review before making the decision. The Dashboard goes a long way in reducing the processing time of your credit decisions, thus allowing you to enhance your customer relationships with more timely responses to their credit requests.
