WILLISTON, ND-BASED AMERICAN STATE BANK & TRUST MIGRATES TO WEB EQUITY MANAGER®

GLENWOOD, IA -- ECI announced today the purchase of their Web Equity Manager® loan origination and servicing solution by Williston, ND-based American State Bank & Trust.
